HROA Europe’s objective is to provide independent, unbiased expert- and peer-based support to its members. The association achieves this through:

  1. Organization of networking and knowledge-sharing events
  2. Independent research, benchmarking activities and commentary
  3. Education and development programs for staff and management
  4. Best practice sharing and establishment of common standards for the profession
  5. Educating public authorities and establishing public affairs activities in Europe
