Leslie Parsons Joins Futurestep as UK Country Leader

Kelly Services Veteran Will Advance Futurestep’s RPO Strategy in the UK

Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry Company (NYSE: KFY) and industry leader in strategic talent acquisition, today announced that Leslie Parsons has joined as Country Leader for Futurestep’s business in the United Kingdom. In her new role, Ms. Parsons will be responsible for advancing Futurestep’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) strategy in the United Kingdom.

Ms. Parsons has 15 years of experience with a focus on RPO and business consulting. She was most recently Managing Director for Kelly Services’ outsourcing and consulting business in the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region. Since joining Kelly Services in 1989, she has held a variety of operations, service delivery and strategic client relationship management roles.
