The marketplace for IT and business process services outsourcing has reached maturity and best practice processes for identifying, procuring and managing outsourced services have been established. In this Webinar, we will survey the current state of the marketplace, address hot issues and offer tips for value assurance in business case development, contracting, and transition and steady state governance. The format will be a practical and informative presentation followed by a question and answer period. Materials will be provided to all registrants.
